Paying For Your Order

For the quickest delivery of your order we welcome payments made with Visa, MasterCard or American Express and PayPal. We accept personal checks and will ship your order once your payment has been received. We do not accept money orders.
International orders must be paid for with PayPal.
All credit card orders are processed through our secure server and we do not keep credit card numbers on file.

Sales Tax

All orders placed in the State of California will be subject to 9.5% Sales Tax.

Shipping Your Order

We ship most of our USA orders using USPS First Class & Priority Mail but occasionally we use UPS shipping services. The cost of shipping is based upon the weight of your order and is calculated automatically by the USPS as you proceed through the checkout process.

All international orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail International. Please choose the Priority Mail International option at check out. Please DO NOT choose the Flat Rate box or the First Class International option. You are welcome to contact us for a shipping quote & instructions after you have decided upon your order. If you pay the incorrect postage at check out, a supplemental PayPal invoice will be sent to you for payment of additional shipping charges. This invoice must be paid prior to shipment.
The table below gives approximate shipping costs within the Continental USA; the cost will vary depending upon your USPS delivery zone.

Our Return Policy

Our goal at The Merry Hooker Woolens is to provide you, our valued customer, with exceptional products and service. We’d love to have you return the next time you’re in need of wool, rug hooking and appliqué supplies. We hope you'll be delighted with your purchase but we also understand the challenge of choosing fabric colors on a computer monitor. You may return uncut wool, in its original condition and unopened packaging, within 14 days of the original purchase date for a refund of the purchase price, less a 10% restocking fee and less the original shipping charge. Unless we incorrectly processed your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

You must e-mail us for approval prior to returning any product.

We cannot accept returns on cut strips, custom dyed woolens, linen, books, tools, scented products, patterns and kits or Beeline-Townsend products. If you send back items that are ineligible for return, no refund will be made and you will be given the option to have the items shipped back to you at your expense or disposed of as we see fit.

Our Beeline-Townsend products carry a 1 year warranty and we will assist you with obtaining service from the manufacturer if needed within the warranty period. Please see the Beeline products page for full warranty details.
